Spices are the essence of Indian cooking; knowing how to blend them in a masala is an art. In this class, you will learn
how to prepare four basic masalas: two “wet” and two “dry.” We will then use them to make the following classic dishes.

Chutney Chicken Curry with a Green Masala
Sauteed Shell-on Jumbo Shrimp with a Goan Red Masala
Sweet and Sour Lentils with Jaggery and Goda Masala Powder
Sambar Dal Stew with Vegetables, Tomatoes and Sambar Masala Powder
