This class session, weíll concentrate on dishes that warm us on cold winter days, cooking and enjoying a full, hearty meal in each of our six 3 1/2-hour sessions. Weíll use the best seasonal produce, organic meats and fresh seafood to create vibrant, flavorful dishes.
This is a hands-on class. Students will work in small groups to create our meal each session, learning preparation and cooking techniques and skills and gaining the confidence to continue on at home. Bring your apron and your appetite. Class meets at Paulding and Company, A Creative Kitchen, at 1410 62nd. St., Suite D, Emeryville. There is ample parking in the area.
Class fee includes food fees for a full meal each evening
