Donít get caught in a food rut! This class series will take you right into the kitchen to learn how to leave packaged meals and take-out behind, and prepare fresh, seasonal foods. Weíll explore the great variety of ingredients, from produce to meat and fish, available during the summer in the Bay Area. During each hands-on class weíll prepare and eat a complete meal, learning knife skills and a variety of preparation techniques, and laying a strong foundation for your continued growth as a cook.
The series cost is $260. You must register through the Piedmont Adult School website, as it is their class--just go to www.piedmontadultschool.org and you will be able to register.
